This is easy making and delicious fresh cream of mushroom soup recipe. Very simple! Let's make it by today!
Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 8 ounces fresh mushrooms(cleaned and chopped), 6 tablespoons butter,2/3 cup flour, 2 quarts chicken stock, 1 cup half-and-half cream or milk.
For the making of this soup, firstly, you shall heat butter in a saucepan and saute for 1 minute. Add flour and stir constantly for about 5 minutes. Slowly stir in stock and stir well. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add cream, stir and serve hot.
