Digital Signage presents a solution to the employee communication problem where none existed before. Many ingredients are part of a solid employee communications plan. Using Digital Signage they were able to promote events and recognize employees with great frequency. They even setup
an area on their internal website that allowed staff to upload digital pictures. One month would be Pet month and mixed in with the regular content would be a picture of a doctor and his five Labradors, a nurse and her two cats, etc. The next month would be cutest baby month. The Human Resource department said that not only did the system help promote team-building, but it also helped them to combat "class-isim". Something that they could not have achieved with any other mediums combined.
