Running back player known as "The Prezident" Reggie Bush who currently plays for the New Orleans Saints has reached an agreement with the team that assures he will be with them for 6 years more.

The deal was discussed by phone and his agent Joel Segal won't mention anything about it until the contract is signed, actually they never disclosed the financial terms.

With a 6 foot height and 200 pound weight the football player was selected second overall but has been out of the first three practices as the only Saint's unsigned player.

The player had 1,740 yards rushing and 2,890 all purpose yards for Southern California last season as a junior. Bush placed 8.9 yards per carry, caught 37 passes for 478 yards and led the nation with 222.3 yards per game.

The New Orleans general manager, Mickey Loomis, said the team's negotiations are proceeding normally with Bush.

According with some comments it seems that Bush is trying to get a big amount for the contract as he won the "Heisman", but on the other hand, there are too many people questioning this behavior and said he must be thankful for the opportunity he has been given and if he was selected as a second pick he must be paid as a second choice.

By now, what we can do is just wait to see for how much money that contract will be and what this next season will bring for the Saints and for Bush.
