Accepting the challenge of loosing weight is never easy. Even though this sentence is stating the very apparent fact, but yet it does not tell the whole truth.

Often people who think that they have the need to lose weight are not very overweight to loose weight. If asked everyone will agree that yes, they want to lose weight. By this they mean that they want to lose weight without altering their lifestyle or without altering the pattern of food they eat.

This is also a mistaken belief in a person that to lose weight he/she should lessen his/her diet. By doing this they frequently troubles themselves to some extent. Here, we will seek to get to the core of this subject matter, the real challenge of weight loss.

Initially, the person who is trying to loose weight must find out the real ordeal or confusion that are they actually overweight of are they just eating over too much. This will be a little unkind but this is a fact that it is always the way you think you are. Finding this solution would certainly solve half of the problem.

First of all try and be honest with yourself and see whats going inside your body and for those who don't want to admit this reality, there is no way out unless they don't realize why you are the way you are today. The next complicated job is to set a very exact target and to keep a very strong will power.

This should always be kept in mind that losing weight requires change in idea and behavior. It should be a simple theory. Change in lifestyle eat, more balanced and healthier diet and lose weight. The challenge is very open. If one is ready to sacrifice the taste of mouth then, one can move ahead in the direction of losing weight. Now, we can hold this issue more firmly. As said earlier, a huge number of overweight people do not care about themselves because of a reason that they don't want to change the way they eat. This will be the subject we will be focusing on.

One has to accept that that he has started his mission to lose weight. Remember this Acceptance of the problem will allow you to help yourself in this route to healthy and slim and trim life. The question here is why does one eat?

According to the researches in America, most of the people who are overweight do not eat because of hunger but because of other stresses like anger, fear, and frustration or mainly because of inferiority complex. These people unquestionably need help to get out of this emotional problem.

That was the one-way of control weight gain or obesity. The other certainly would be a little clinical one. The answer is very transparent. Diet pills and weight loss pills. With almost half of the adult population of this world being overweight, the industry of weight loss pills and dietary supplements is among the fastest growing industries.

Alone in USA the sale of these aids has been increasing at the rate of 20 percent annually. In this context, the most preferred drug in most of the European and American sub-continent countries is Phentermine. Not only in these regions but also across the world it is the most common drug known to dieters.

Oral phentermine hydrochloride or [HCL] is a pill which works as appetite suppressant and enhances the impression of satiety which when used in combination with balanced diet, exercises and psychological treatment of stresses will result in reduced weight. It is a diet pill used for the short-term supervision of weight and treatment of obesity. Basically, this pill has a dose of one pill daily in the morning but might exceed to three times in a day at least half an hour before meals and more importantly with empty stomach. It comes in the form of tablet and capsules ranging between 15 and 40 mg.

Other weight loss pills like ephedra, dietrine, conjugated linoleic acid [CLA] and several others like these are also serving humanity. But the big question is, are these weight loss pills safe for a person because usually they target only one part of the body.

Basically there is an assumption among the consumers that these products are tested for some type of safety effectiveness before they are launched in market. But various investigating committees were set up to examine the side effects and after effects of these weight loss pills especially ephedrine.

After various rounds of test and examinations it was concluded that these drugs were having adverse effects on the consumers like faintness, dizziness and fluctuation in blood pressure, spasticity in organs, brain strokes and even death.

With so little knowledge about the efficiency and threats of these diet pills and weight loss pills research becomes a main concern. But still in the consumers they are more popular as before just because they want to lose weight to look more beautiful and get more athletic physique.

In the end I would persuade and say what over weight people wants to hear the least. And, that is to maintain weight loss, people must adjust the work system and the revise the type and the way they consume food and must initiate to do some physical works.
