Several culinary arts institutes and schools offer degrees and courses on hotel and restaurant management too. For those who cannot afford to take on a full degree program in culinary arts, there are alternative programs available. Some culinary schools offer nine-month diploma courses. There are those that offer programs in pastry and baking and culinary management in six to eleven month programs.
