There are 5 criteria that you need to evaluate before you choose Xango. and verify whether this is potentially best company for you as they claim.
Those 5 criteria are as follows:
1)Is this the proper industry
2) Is this the desirable time
3) Is this the correct company
4) Is the compensation plan reasonable
5) Do they have training and a system that is good enough for me.
Let us briefly look at those 5 criteria.
1)Is this the proper industry
Of course the products that a MLM company has are only the beginning. Xango certainly has put a lot of strength and money into their product. Of course the products that a MLM company has are only the beginning.
2) Is this the correct time.
Timing is tremendous for Network Marketing in general but it is not the same for every industry. Your success still depends upon your ability to Market these products.
In this industry, there are currently 4500 - 5000 MLM Multi-Level Marketing Companies competing in this industry. In these difficult financial times, you have to understand that individuals are not loyal to brands. They are loyal to price. Most of the time, the prices for nutritional products in the Xango Opportunity are higher than are at retail outlets.
I always run into the same response. The talk I get from Network Marketers who don't know how to market is "I'm telling you our products are superior." That may or may not be true but you know what? People don't care! They become much more loyal to cost than product names when their money is tight.
3) Is this the correct company
Lets talk about the company. If the management of the company isn't good, it doesn't really matter about the first two criteria. Xango started their business back in 2002. Xango spent the first 8 or 9 months to get out of debt and then by the end of that period, Xango had about $48 million in sales. The hefty sales profits were primarily due to the considerable amout of front end personal product sales that the reps were "encouraged" to make after signing up. Xango was involved in a legal dispute with Morinda and this went back and forth for sometime but has since been resolved. Xango did stumble a bit after some initial success probably due to their legal issues but has hit a decent stride in the last few years.
They provide a huge number of products from their XanGo Juice (Mangosteen Juice) to their meal packs; to their skin care products.
You have to assume that they are going to continue to be a successful company. As I began to look into the company I quickly realized that they are certainly not brain dead! They have a pretty remarkable team of leaders and administrators. They are committed completely to the companies growth. That does not mean you will be successful though does it. You still need to market. They will not do it for you.
4) Is the compensation plan reasonable
The compensation plan is important when evaluating any Network Marketing company. The compensation plan is all right but not as competitive as other simular Network Marketing Companies in this industry. Based upon the commission layout, it appears that this is contributing to the fact that 97% of the reps fail within this MLM. It appears that as a distributor, you will have to recruit a larger group of people to create a "break even" take-home pay. The bottom line is that the payment plan is not as generous as some, but you can make a significant residual income if you can build a team. Unfortunately about 95% to 97% will not.
Just like any MLM company, a large number of people are not going to have success. If we look at the statistics about Network Marketing in general, the chances are not very good.. There are SIX steps to success in any MLM business venture and the people that fail have a deficiency with one or more of the steps below.
1) Define your goals and Make a Decision to Reach the goals.
2) Identify your "Target Market".
3) Do Your Homework. Research long and hard my friends.
4) Know the Products and be sure your Target Market LOVES the product.
5) Get Effective Training
6) Find the Correct Mentors and do what they tell you.Don't re-invent the wheel.
You have at least a head start on the first 4 steps. You will of course need to fill in the blanks for yourself. I can tell you that the guidance that you obtain in every Multi-Level Marketing company is not very helpful or useful. Not that they want you to fail but I believe that they really do not know any better. The techniques they use are "stuck in the 80s and 90s".
If you want to cut down a large tree, you should use the sharpest axe you can find, spend 90% of your time making it sharper, chop away, and never quit. That is assuming that you have fulfilled numbers 1 - 4 above. Without effective teaching, you are trying to chop down the tree with a hammer. It may work sooner or later but its going to take forever.
Finding the correct mentors in this field is very grueling. I know, I've tried and fallen flat many times until…
The methods that I now use to build my Multi-Level Marketing company, is a blueprint used by the best Marketers in the world and they WORK BIG. The techniques not only work for you but they work for your whole team which is colossal in its power.
If you have satisfied the fact that you are comfortable with your choice for steps 1 - 4, than we will demonstrate how to explode through steps 5 and 6. If after you have examined Xango, and you are not sure you have fulfilled the requirements for steps 1 - 4, it doesn't matter. There are thousands of companies out there and there is sure to be one for you. The marketing techniques that we want to hand you on a silver platter, that I and the best internet marketers on the planet use, will work for any company. Take a look... and I will see you on the Beaches of the World.
