Most men want to know how to initiate the first kiss. Before you can kiss a girl you need to be sure that she is ready to kiss you.
Here are few ways to find out if the girl wants to kiss you as well
1. Look into her eyes and gently stroke her hair or run your fingers through her hair.
2. Hold her hands and gently squeeze them.
3. Brush her arm.
Pay close attention. If she ends up responding positively to two of the three moves, it is a good sign and you can go for the kiss. She does not have to return the favor or participate to show compliance. As long as she does not raise an objection, walk away or discourage touching her, you can safely conclude she is ready to be kissed.
Once you have determined that the girl is ready to kiss you, slowly take a step toward her or pull her to you. Then lean forward and kiss her lips. Start with a peck on her lips, followed by a longer kiss.
There is no need to pull back after you kiss her the first time. You could stay in the kiss position, take a look in her eyes and go for the long kiss.
Once in a while the girl may be surprised that you kissed her or tried to kiss her. As a result it is also possible that she may pull back when you try to kiss her.This does not necessarily mean that she does not like you or don't want you to kiss.
She might have pulled back because she was not expecting a kiss at that moment. May be you did not give her enough indicators to expect a kiss at that moment.
Go for the kiss right after the above three tests. It will reduce the chances of girl pulling back.
If the girl pulls back but does not protest or vocalize her objection to your kiss then it is a good sign. If she does not walk away and continue to participate in the conversation then you can assume she was not ready for the kiss earlier.
Test her comfort again by running the above three tests again.
Is she does not object to any of your touches you can go in for the kiss again and it will happen this time.
Here are few extra tips:
- Have a good breadth before you go for the kiss. Use some mint or breath freshener few minutes before the kiss.
- Don't start professing your love to the girl right after you kiss her. It is too early in the game.
- Shave if you plan to go for a kiss.
- Kiss her in private when you kiss the first time.
- Don't get upset if she rejects you. Don't try to convince her or argue with her.
- Make your first kiss more romantic by playing with her hair or holding her face when you kiss her. You could also hold her on the waist or hold her hands when kissing. Whispering in the girl's ear between kisses does magic for women.
- Try not to wait for the end of the night or for the goodbye moment to initiate the first kiss. It is too clichéd.
- Act normal after you kiss her. Make sure not to make things awkward or go into silence so continue talking.
