Your choices must be final before you go to your online printer. This should prevent confusion and delays in the printing process itself. Besides saving them in your document format such as an Adobe Photoshop document or Corel draw, you should also save your designs in JPG and BMP to have some backup images ready. This at least gives the online printer a contingency plan in printing just in case your other documents cannot be read.
