3 Easy Steps to Begin Your Weight Loss
by Phil Satterfield
If you have been trying to lose weight you know that it can be hard to know where to start. If you are trying to change your eating habits and not just diet, it can be even tougher. That is why I think you should start with little steps.
It is over used these days but baby steps is the way to go about any larger task. You know, if you are trying to lose weight how large of a task it can be.
Start small think about what you eat and drink in a course of a day. Better yet write every thing you eat down for a 2 or 3 days. Now look at it, look for little things that you can change quickly and with out pain. It can be anything but three things I reccomend you look for is first, look for things you can cut out. Something like a can of soda pop can cut out 220 calories out of your daily diet.
Second, look for unhealthy things that can be replaced with a better choice. This can be a simple thing too. If you eat donuts or somthing like that, replace it with a bagel, that way you still get to eat something but it is a healthier choice. Another good example is look for something like lunch, if you trypically eat fast food, switch to salads or low fat subs. Those kinds of things are getting easier to find.
A third thing you can do is stop eating after 6 or 7 pm or 2 to 3 hours before you go to bed. When you eat that right before you go to bed, those calories will most likely turn to fat. If you are not active you will not burn the calories.
These things are very simple to do and can really add up to a lot of lost weight that will be easy to maintain for years to come.
